Promise of Relief or Refund Guaranteed

Promise of Relief:

Relief defined as any perceived positive change in a clients condition, pain or disfunction. Clients choose one health goal to work on per session.

May include but not limited to:

  • Reduction of pain level

  • Increased ROM (Range of Motion)

  • Reduced inflammation

  • Increased energy levels

  • Ect.

Not a Promise of Cure:

Cure as defined as complete elimination of pain or disfunction is not an expectation that is promised by this policy. The majority of cases will require 3-6 sessions to truly know how this modality can help one's condition.

Subjective to the Client:

Ultimately it is the client's decision if they wish to receive a refund on their session. Refund should only be requested if the client truly feels that the session produced no perceived positive benefit.

An Aspect of Clinical Qigong:

An Aspect to keep in mind about Clinical Qigong is that it usually takes up to 24 hours to see the full effects of what was done in a session.

Refund of course is provided to a client if no effects are perceived at the ending of a session.

If a client finds a noticeable improvement the following day in the specific health goal that was worked on, I ask that the client honorably return the fee for the session.

Requesting a Refund:

If refund is requested, client will no longer be permitted to schedule further sessions.

Should a client ever wish to book a future session it is asked that they pay for both the current and previously refunded session, as it is assumed that the previous session did in fact offer benefit to the client for them to wish to book further sessions.
